A monthly plan opening the released document library with search across full text, filing indexes by requesting body and subject, and page-level citation tools. Suited to researchers, students, and civic groups.

Service 02
Records Request Support
A monthly service assisting individuals and small organisations with preparing information requests to public bodies — from drafting a clear request through to reviewing what comes back.
What's included:
- Up to four requests per month with written guidance
- Help identifying the correct office and tracking deadlines
- A shared tracking sheet for every request in progress
Service 03
Document Analysis Training
A three-week course on reading official papers with care: understanding file structures, cross-referencing dates and signatures, spotting gaps in a series, and writing findings that stay within what the papers actually show.

- Six sessions plus a worked case study
- Three exercises with individual feedback
- A closing review clinic to go over your findings

Where a releasing body withholds part of a document, we attach a note stating what was withheld and the reason given, exactly as provided by that body. We do not speculate about the contents of a redacted section beyond what has been officially stated.

"Section withheld under exemption cited by the releasing office; full basis unspecified."
